Online Exchange & Return Policy
All Exchanges and Returns must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. Intimates, beauty products, hats, jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Returns: Your package must be postmarked for a return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed by our returns department, it may take up to 2 business days to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns and exchanges.
Steps in Returning Product
• Email firstname.lastname@example.org with purchase number and reason for the return.
• RA number will be emailed to your email address within 24-48 hours.
• Ship the merchandise in the original condition and packaging with the purchase order.
• You must write the RA# on the outside of the box or package (please do not ship the box without an RA number).
• Send the box to Polish & Threads, 236 S. Elm Street Suite F, Greensboro, NC, 27401, ATTN RETURNS
- We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
• Credit will be issued once the product is returned.
To receive an online credit: Your package must be postmarked within 7 business days of your purchase date. Once your return is processed by our returns department, you will receive an email with a gift card number containing your credit. Your online credit never expires.
EXCHANGES: We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please give us a call at 336.272.6262 between 11am – 7pm est and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. After receiving your return, we will call you with the exact shipping amount for your exchanged item(s). We will only hold exchange items for 5 business days.
Online purchases can be brought into the store for exchanges or returns.
